The Big Pictures Archive dates these three photographs from a Russell Brand beach visit to 27 December 2006. The images were later stored in January 2007 web-archive folders; that upload date should not be mistaken for the recorded capture date. The beach location has not been independently established for this selection.

Two frames show Brand and a woman on the beach, including a photograph of physical contact. This package does not identify the woman, infer their relationship, or draw conclusions about consent from a still image. A third photograph is a reading detail, with the person's face obscured by Jon Ronson's Them: Adventures with Extremists.

Separately, The Guardian reported on 14 October 2026 that the prosecution had opened its case in Brand's trial at Southwark Crown Court. Brand denies the charges and has pleaded not guilty. The proceedings are ongoing; allegations are not findings of guilt.

These are historical archive photographs, not current court images or identified evidence in the proceedings. No source reviewed establishes a connection between this visit, the woman pictured and the allegations. The Crown Prosecution Service has warned against commentary that could prejudice a fair trial and reminds publishers that sexual-offence complainants have lifelong anonymity.
