Policy draft

Privacy notice

This draft describes the data flows currently implemented or anticipated by Fame In Pictures. It is not final legal text.

01

Information submitted by visitors

The newsletter form accepts an email address and consent choice. In the current mock mode, the address is validated but is not stored or transmitted to a newsletter provider.

A live provider, retention period, lawful basis, unsubscribe process, and processor terms must be documented before production collection begins.

02

Technical and account data

Hosting, security, and application logs may process request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error details. Payload CMS processes authorised editorial account and audit data.

03

Analytics, rights, and choices

Public analytics is disabled unless it is explicitly configured and a visitor chooses to allow it. The current integration stores only that analytics preference in the browser and offers a persistent Privacy settings control when analytics is available.

Monetisation inventory is independently disabled by default. Data-subject request channels, retention schedules, international transfers, controller contact details, and any future advertising provider remain subject to legal and operational review.
